Ask & You Shall....

Today was a major breakdown meltdown moment, and my first ever panic attack, no fun by the way, especially with an 8 month old staring at you like you're some kind of imbecile, today i broke, and admitted out loud that I was broken. It is the only way I can get myself put back together. I can't spend another day inside these 4 walls with no outlet and no external assistance, from now on things will be different, sweeter, better and brighter, all because i asked for help.....thank god.
